Project now is an ambitious initiative of the Rotary Club of Brisbane Planetarium and the Salvation Army. project now delivers a solution by providing a purpose designed residence for twenty women recovering from Alcohol, Drug and Gambling addiction in Red Hill Brisbane on land provided by the Salvation Army.  For many years the Salvation Army's Moonyah Centre at Red Hill has helped men to rebuild their lives through its residential alcohol and drug recovery program.  This program has a high success rate. However, very little help has been available for women and their need is just as great. Currently: Residential care for women recovering from addiction is totally inadequate There are 185 beds for men and only 28 beds for women in SE Queensland Drug alcohol and gambling addition affect us all either directly or indirectly The cost to the community is extremely high
